- Reliability: Dispatch orders on time, communicate clearly, and honour your listings.
- Authentic Products: Sell genuine, new retail goods that match your descriptions.
- Honest Pricing: Set clear prices with no hidden fees. Refunds follow platform and seller policies.
- Clear Communication: Respond promptly and keep buyers informed about order status.
Respect & Safety
- Respect Boundaries: Respect buyer privacy and personal data. Do not share or misuse contact or address details.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain appropriate, respectful behavior with all buyers and other sellers.
- Safety First: Use safe packaging and shipping practices. Comply with any applicable product safety standards.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Respect diverse backgrounds and communicate appropriately.
Platform Rules
- Payments: Payment is not fully handled on the platform. Buyers and sellers may complete payment off-platform (e.g. EFT). In-app credits can be used for promotions and other features. Sellers receive payment according to their chosen method and PrimePeer's terms where applicable.
- Accurate Information: Provide truthful information about your products, listings, and store. Do not mislead buyers.
- No Spam or Solicitation: Do not send unsolicited messages or promote competing marketplaces or off-platform sales in breach of our terms.
- Report Issues: Use the reporting system for legitimate concerns, not personal disputes.
Consequences
- Minor Issues: Warning or temporary listing or account limitations.
- Serious Violations: Account suspension or permanent removal.
- Pattern of Behavior: Progressive consequences based on history.
